Graham has a wealth of experience in managing global businesses for high technology products and processes. His strength is in growing and developing high performance management teams to apply new innovation and technology while achieving operational excellence.
As Chief Technical Officer, John is committed to ensuring that Cambridge Broadband Networks products maintain their industry-leading performance and innovation.
John is a pioneer in broadband wireless research, becoming the chief architect responsible for all broadband wireless research and development activities at ORL. Prior to co-founding Cambridge Broadband Networks, John held the positions of Vice-President and Chief Scientist at Adaptive Broadband.
As Chief Financial Officer, Peter is committed to delivering high quality business performance as the company continues to grow and develop.
Peter is a Chartered Accountant and has over 20 years experience in Telecommunications and technology businesses, most recently with AeroMobile where he was CFO and head of Business Operations. Prior to this he has held senior management positions in several venture capital backed high growth businesses in the telecommunications sector including Director of Commercial Finance at COLT Telecom Group plc.
As Chief Commercial Officer, David has responsibility for CBNL global sales and marketing organization, building customer awareness of the benefits of CBNL’s broadband network technology and solutions and to ensure our customers achieve the business results and opex savings available from adoption of CBNL technology. David is a 1st class honors Electronics Graduate and holds an MBA.
David has over 25 years career experience spanning telecommunications solutions services and petrochemical industry sectors. Prior to joining CBNL David has held Regional Managing Director, Board and Senior Management positions within Mobile Network Engineering, OSS software and Service Assurance supplier companies.
As VP of Market Strategy Lance is responsible for Cambridge Broadband Networks Business Development, Branding and Marketing programmes. Lance’s background in developing marketing, business development and technical support programmes to customers around the world makes him well suited to take the company to the global backhaul marketplace.
Catherine is responsible for providing a comprehensive Human Resources service to Cambridge Broadband Networks that will enable the organization to achieve its commercial targets.
With an MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management, Catherine also has 16 years HR experience in Cambridge based companies, ranging from start-up to established international business, and small to medium sized technology companies like Cambridge Broadband Networks.
